Let it be known to one and all that MR. JOEL M. BUGTONG is no longer connected with the JOHN PAUL I BIBLE CENTER, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
He has been terminated as of February 7, 2009. He is not authorized to conduct activities in the name of the JPIBC.
Any transactions made by him in the name of the John Paul I Biblical Center will not be honored.
